Refund of annual fee?
Does Citi have a policy (similar to Chase's) under which one can have the annual fee refunded within X days after payment/anniversary? I'm well aware of the grace period to cancel before paying (30 days after delivery of statement showing the fee) & am not asking about that.
I'd thought the wiki addressed this question, but I don't see it there. TIA.
