Was dumb and out for almost 4 months with this issue - nobody from their Call Center to online help to local office in Ahmedabad was able to sort it out - However, finally a gentleman on this # 011-24624074 helped me and also asked me to note down this number for any such future incident.

As it is AI - I am not sure whether that # would still be active or not but would definitely suggest you to give it a shot!!
