No. On the inbound you can't skip C-B and just pick up your trip at B-A.
If the outbound were a separate one-way award, you could potentially skip the last leg (B-C), and probably not have any problems if you're not chronically doing this, don't have checked luggage, etc. Though if the outbound were booked as a roundtrip award, skipping B-C would usually result in the remaining legs being canceled.
