I'm not sure if I understand your question but if you are talking about flight availability LH flies CCS-FRA on Mondays and Thursdays. Seats are available in Economy and Business on 15th and 18th.
There are other Star Alliance flights between CCS and MAD: TAP Portugal via LIS, Avianca via BOG, also Copa and Avianca via PTY and BOG.
