You are correct in that my post pertains to the inability to make reservations. I do not need info on the actual property. I have stayed for the last twelve years over the July 4th week, usually seven days at a time.
Frustrating, when you call the 800 number, they tell you it must be a convention... stupid telephone operators. Called again last night to the hotel and the man on the other end knew nothing about it....
