Icing on the cake? QF do not publish through fares to LDH ex-CBR! So the quoted fares are combinations of CBR-SYD and SYD-LDH fares!
The actual taxes seem to be $82.90. what it looks like is that QF is applying a "fuel" surcharge of approximately $27 for the redemption on top of the taxes

QF will still only be charging GST at 10% on the taxes

With an AS redemption there is no carrier imposed surcharge applied plus, since AS is issuing the ticket outside of Australia, no GST is charged

When selecting flights on the awards booking it does state

Using SYD-CBR to compare. Actual taxes for SYD-CBR are $27.37 and GST on this would be $2.74 for $30.11
Qantas is applying taxes/charges of $47.41
Removing GST , that is approximately $13 surcharge ex GST

I do think that it is wrong that QF gets away with hiding what is just a fare under a collective of taxes/charges
