US Air Safety Officials in South Korea

KIMHAE, South Korea (AP) -- U.S. air safety officials arrived in southern Korea Wednesday to help determine what caused a Chinese airliner to crash, killing 126 people. Bereaved family members visited the site hoping to find personal effects of their loved ones...

The team from the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board was asked to join in the investigation because the crash involved an American-built Boeing 767-200. Chinese officials were also participating in the probe.
