only the AA exec cards are churnable , the regulars are NOT... (its been that way since last year.)

Yes, I was aware. But thought I'd take a shot. It could be that this rep was clueless. On the other hand, it looks as though approvals for the World Exec not as freely granted as they used to be. I've no data, mind you. Just an impression reading through the thread.
