Problem is holidaymakers travel so rarely (but are important for NCL as a whole) that they'd not even think about parking charges. If EDI is cheaper they might book it without thinking.

I know someone a few years ago, lived in Stratford (the one in East London) wanted to fly to AMS so I looked up the price from LCY, but they ended up flying from LTN just to save £30 most of the savings wiped out in rail fares and of course the massive inconvenience of LTN.
