Austrians actually have one of the best airline credit card deals around with the AB/HG Visa card, which earns topbonus/oneworld status miles on any kind of spend, even cash advances.
Theoretically, you could make AB Platinum (OW Emerald) without flying (and earn RDM) by just going to the ATM... no need to manufacture anything, and the fees aren't excessive, either. AFAIK, that is unique in branded cc-land.
