In the event of a no vote Scotland having control of APD would affect NCL (it would make EDI more attractive to holidaymakers) and as it would still be part of the UK would the Scottish APD work like it does in Northern Ireland (i.e. direct flights only, if you route through Heathrow you pay full rate)?
