How would this be possible? Since Park King is the award category it would have to be bookable on hyatt.com. The hotel should not be withholding standard room inventory from its website.
I've seen this happen before, sort of. Recent reservation at Park Hyatt Sydney showed only "view" rooms available, but when I used my corporate account code, availability for basic rooms showed up.
