Your nasty insulting replies to me are not appropriate - It so happens I am an airline reservationist and was a travel agent for many years prior to that. I know what I am talking about. Please don't think that by virtue of the fact that you are a frequent flier, zillion miler whatever - that it makes you knowlegable.

You, typically, are the traveler that we laugh at and comment about in the PNR's as the obstinate wiseguy know-it-all who really knows nothing. Sort of a double edged sword - jerk on one hand but entertaining at the same time.
Unless you have worked as a travel agent or airline reservationist YOU are the one that does not have a clue as to what goes on behind the scenes. By the way, since you know it all, why do the airlines charge a cancelation or change fee - I'm curious to know what you could possibly imagine it is all about ??
