That's a wonderful story. I feel the same way about the staff at some of my favorite hotels. One Four Seasons property has given me several massive upgrades from top room to various suites, and I am convinced they did it out of kindness as I am friendly with many staff members and management. It's wonderful to feel so cared for on a personal level by staff members who go way above and beyond what they are required to do.
