Agreed, but what I'm questioning is this - it seems that $99 only seems to cover year two of my ownership of the phone. Year one is already covered, and applecare only extends the coverage one year.
If the $99 covered my for the life of the phone (I am not a person who often upgrades) I'd be in, but my issue is whether or not there is actual value for in $99 for just one year.
