Not sure, but it seems a bit baffling that they publish a process which lets you pre-order meals specific to certain arbitrary dietary preferences; and then onboard they cater a kind of meal targeted at people with arbitrary dietary preferences which they explicitly exclude from the pre-order process.
The il-logic reminds me a bit of the Continental specialty cocktail mixers which were coach-only (I think normally they would accept an F pax's money, though).
