Yeah that is the style I prefer. I wish AA just copied and pasted their new J cabin from 77W to the 787.
Sorry about the confusion on my post before. I actually meant to say that the Air Canada 787 J cabins are in the reverse Herringbone style i.e. the style that you just described in your post.
Also, AC has put 5 rows of 4 between the first 2 sets of doors. and put the lavs behind door 2. AC has also installed a true Premium Economy section with a wider seat and 28" pitch.
Didn't know everyone up in the great white north suddely turned into midgets.
