Three Lavs in business would be great. It also looks like AA might preserve the cool "arch" entryway? This looks like a good layout. I wonder how the cirrus seat would have fit?

Look at BA's 788. No view of the arch entryway as it is blocked by a galley. Only 2 bathrooms for Club World. Premium Economy (25 seats) has to share only 4 bathrooms with 154 economy passengers. AA's 787 looks better so far besides lacking a true premium economy.

And to those discussing the JAL 787, I agree it looks great. I'm surprised they didn't switch to 3-3-3 in economy as well since ANA has signaled it will. That said, JAL's new "sky wider" seat looks way more comfortable than AA, UA, or ANA's coach seating.
