AC's 787 J is all front facing pod style. The big difference from their previous wide body J is that the window seats now face towards the window instead of inwards so you no longer need to twist your head to look outside.
Also, AC has put 5 rows of 4 between the first 2 sets of doors. and put the lavs behind door 2. AC has also installed a true Premium Economy section with a wider seat and 38" pitch.
