Hi, long time user of KVS (actually just half a year) but this tool has completely transformed the way I fly, yet I haven't figured out how to use this 100% yet!

Anyways, I ran into an interesting problem today. KVS show no availability on Awards/*A and Awards/AC, UA site shows no availability either. However, on a whim, I decided to type in the itinerary on Aeroplan's site and MIRACULOUSLY was upgraded.

Is there something I'm doing wrong to search? I loaded in AC AE, NH ANA Mileage club memberships for credentials.
