Translation: Why can other airlines' flights fly before you:
1. Your equipment. An A380 can fly in some situations where an A320 can't.
2. Airline-specific company policy
3. International flights have priority over domestic ("worldwide unwritten rule")
4. Flights from airlines based in their airport (e.g. CA: PEK, MU: PVG, CZ: CAN) will have priority over flights from airlines not based there.
