Hate to say this but even the IAF doesn't tie down airspace like the PLAAF, not since the Charkhi Dadri collision anyway http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charkhi...-air_collision

But as we probably have to accept PLAAF controls as a fact of life, wouldn't it be better to fly bigger equipment for all involved (perhaps even buy old 744s to use on the route?)
