Egyptair does not in anyway encourage "bring your own bottle". It is a dry airline. The dryness is a selling point: some people fly with the airline because it is an alcohol-free environment.

During ramadan you should notice no difference in the service on board, or in the CAI lounges (they don't serve alcohol at any time).
