Statement of Argenbright Security Regarding Transportation Security Administration Takeover

The following statement was issued by Argenbright Security:

``During this period of transition, Argenbright is ready and prepared to work with the DOT, TSA and aviation officials to ensure the safety and convenience of the flying public. On Sunday, February 17th, TSA assumes responsibility for screening. It is our understanding that airline carriers will retain their contracts with Argenbright until the TSA either assigns them to a third-party service provider who is currently a provider of passenger/cargo screening services or until the TSA takes over the location with a federalized workforce.''
