Airlines are public utilities - not unlike health insurance or bus service. Reasonable accommodation that does not discriminate by physical characteristics is important, and without, discrimination.

Would it be ok to charge wheel chair bound passengers extra to ride in the wheelchairs in airports, since it does cost more to hire people and buy chairs? Of course not. Do you realize that you are subsidizing the costs of those passengers? Someone has to pay for the aids and chairs - the airport isn't giving that away.

Everyone should be accommodated, that is all I am saying. Without having to pay extra. Subsidizing minority groups happens all the time in our society.
