No, it won't; we've seen that issue arise in F.

Why should smaller people (or those willing to be more cramped) have to pay extra for space they don't need or want (at the price)?

Perhaps the airlines should be required to include the width and pitch along with the full price in all their advertising (including web sites). That will help people make informed decisions.
