For a straight-in ILS to runway 7 looks like it's ceilings of ~200ft and about a mile and a half of visibility (1.1 miles if using a HUD). This assumes that all of the electronic gizmos are working properly on the plane and on the ground.
Alaska actually has special authorization to minimums of 1800 feet RVR if both HGS and Autoland are coupled. We have a tailored approach plate for the ILS to Rwy 7.
