No, unfortunately there is not; the South and North Concourses are connected to each other, but the central ones are not.
South Concourse (H and J) was built in the early 2000s - giant, open, modern and airy. United used to be in this Concourse, but was kicked out as priority goes to long-haul airlines.
North Concourse (D and E) was just finished up last year and is similarly very nice, but the E gates leave something to be desired as they haven't been rennovated to match the new D gates.
The Central Concourse (F, G, H) is a hideous mess.
And of course the edge terminals have the likes of Coach, Thomas Pink, Hugo Boss, etc., and really good Cuban food, while the Central terminals are lucky to have a Burger King!
