Judge Puts Firm Back at Logan Airport
A problem-plagued security company that screens passengers at Logan International Airport will be allowed to continue because the airport's new security chief revoked its permit illegally, a judge ruled.
Superior Court Judge Allen van Gestel issued a temporary restraining order on Tuesday, reinstating the license of Argenbright Security Inc.
``Apparently the judge found the procedure was flawed,'' said State Police Col. John DiFava, who now runs security at Logan. He told the Boston Herald that he believed his actions were appropriate and that he has the proof needed to oust Argenbright permanently.
