AA 777 coach seat question

Howdy all.

Can anyone who's going to be on a AA flight (777 would be best, but any will do) do me a favor?

I need to know what the underside of the seat in economy class looks like, below the cushion.

Here's the long explanation: I am traveling with a car seat and in the past the seatbelt buckle ends up right in the middle of the kid's back. I'm wondering if the male end of the buckle can be wrapped around something like a metal frame under the cushion, thereby shortening it and getting the buckle end of the belt further off the the side.

So, is there a metal frame under the seat around which I could wrap the male end a few times to effectively shorten it?

Oh, and I know you don't like having kids on your plane; neither do I. Hopefully we won't be on the same flight....
