I have nothing against LUV vouchers...but 7 unplanned hours at BNA is a tough way to make $100
I'm just surprised that a meal voucher would not be part-and-parcel to that kind of extended Mx delay. Seems like basic customer service. Happens at hotels all the time, when your room isn't ready...here's a voucher, take it to the bar.
So again, not complaining, just surprised.
