Can I cancel my reservation?
When you book tickets online on flysas.com, you are entitled to a ticket refund within 24 hours of your booking. If your ticket was purchased less than 24 hours before departure, the ticket can only be refunded no later than 12 hours before departure.
You can cancel your trip by using the link in the confirmation email or by selecting "View / Change Reservation" on our website.
Is it more than 24 hours since you ordered, you have to call us. If you are entitled to a refund the money is returned to the card used as payment.
