My thought would be that if it states

"Free changes on the day of departure provided changes are for same date/cabin/route/airport"

then there wouldn't be an expectation of being able to change airport for free

Looking at the description when purchasing, not only does it mention free changes on the day but also

"No change fee. You only pay any difference in fare."
