I normally aim for 2cpp+ which are easy to do if you are staying at aspirational properties. At lower end Hyatts though, very hard to accomplish if you have access to MER/Corp/Govt rates.

Think the question is are you cash or points rich? Right now my points inlay way exceeds my outlay. So spending points on suites is better than C&P + DSU or revenue + DSU.
