Long story short, Cap1 has been incredibly unhelpful in finding a solution, despite the fact that I've been a loyal customer for years, have credit score >800, and spend >$50k a month on my cards with them. They won't adjust my credit limits across my 3 cards, won't even let me talk to someone in their credit department who's involved in making those decisions, etc.
I'm considering applying for a Chase Ink Bold for my new business, and eventually switching to a Chase Sapphire for my personal card. At some point I'd move everything over to Chase.
Before I do that, I thought I'd check here to see what your experience with Chase's customer service has been. Are they easy to work with? Do they have good small business service?
Their personal service is decent.
Their business service is mediocre.
However, there aren't many business cards with 0% FTF, 70k sign up bonus and a program like UR for $95/year... So their CS is kind of irrelevant.
