Can anyone give me the general consensus on what the valued CPP is for a hyatt points? I currently have UR reward points that I can convert to hyatt points.

The property I am looking at is in Taiwan, my corporate rate for the property is $195, but they are offering rooms for 12,000 per night, or 0.77 CPM.

Is this a worthwhile conversion?
