If you don't go to the lounge at MAN, and you are HBO, then the worse that can happen is that at T5 Domestic transfer the HAL agent will refer you to the nearby BA desk for that "visa" check. So it's worth asking the lounge agent in MAN to do this if s/he overlooks it.
