My better half reports that the seats at the back of WT+ on the 787 - at least, the one she took to YYZ - do not fully recline due to the bulkhead wall behind ( if it was a seat failure, the cabin crew did nothing to help when asked).

And unlike the 747, there is no toilet for the WT+ cabin - if the cabin crew put up the velvet rope to CW, you have to walk back the length of the economy cabin to use theirs.
