Not a chance,

I arrived at 6AM for a 7:30AM flight from YYZ to DCA, and missed it as the line at US Immigration was over any hour, and the security is a joke. For the $12.00 security fee each way they should teach the staff how to use the x-ray machine. After missing the flight, I had to claim my bag and go through Immigration(another hour) and security again. Please note the top notch staff hand check all checked luggage to Washington, but the $6.85 per hour staff checked the same three items both times(shaving kit, speakers for computer and dirty clothing). So if there is anything you don't want them to see, don't place it in the above three items.

One last rant.
AC wanted a $100 change fee to switch my arrival city to Dullas(IAD) at 10:30AM, instead of waiting for the 1:30PM flight to Reagan. After I heard this I went to United(AC codeshare) and they gave me a seat on their flight right away(half full), I guess AC really needs every penny and didn't want to pay anything to United.
