R all these flights on AC? If you were flying a different carrier in and out of T3 I would say no problem, but getting from T1-T2 and clearing inbound and outbound customs could be a BIG stretch. I am super framiliar with the airport and terminals and I think, even runnig, you would probably not make it. Delays at CDN or US customs, waiting for your checked luggage and then screening it for US Security, . Good Luck, it'll be tight.
