i've already done that....they said the easiest thing would be to point it out to the merchant who can cancel the charge....if not then the bank gets involved & it takes time for a resolution....i would be protected while all this happens so no worries there....
not in bangkok....the booking is for my brother & the flight is in a few hours after he lands in bkk so he wouldn't have time to go to their office before his flight....
Just as a note of caution to make sure you double check:
On Nok Air I think the passenger traveling must have the credit card with them, so if the booking is for your brother he might need the card with him in order to use the ticket. They are good at refunding the money back to the credit card in that instance (ie. no CC with the passenger), but it takes a month or so and the passenger has to buy a new ticket (in my experience at the same price as the one they weren't allowing them to use).
