Silver it fairly easy to maintain over the course of year. If you do one ex-EU CW trip plus one or two CE / Y European trips you can easily maintain 600 TP and Silver status going forward. Gold is more tricky. 2-3 long haul ex-EU in CW (to keep down costs), plus some European breaks to get 1,500 TP.
