And that's probably going to be the problem.... they have all the signs of simply repeating what's been done elsewhere, like the Guggenheim Bilboa. A very impressive building with nothing much inside. But at least the city of Bilboa is a worthwhile visit even without great art.

But let's see. Nothing has opened yet, it might be good.
