I also had the Comtes de Champagne Taittinger Rosé and the Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle 3 weeks ago to LAX. The food btw was impressive. Especially the BBQ options served before landing were of very high quality. My +1 also enjoyed the Caribbean specials midflight which I did not try.
These were the Champagne selections on ORD-FRA as well. Both were quite nice. The F menu was similar to one posted up thread but our wine choices were different...at least the reds which were all available. The seemingly personal (seemingly 2:1 pax) FA on the -8...were outstanding and offered us samples of the reds for the meal service, which was also outstanding...as was the whole experience from pre-boarding to the personal escort in car from the plane at FRA to our connection was outstanding.
