Indeed, appreciate the comment SJOFlyer. If I could use VOIP of course I would, but on a boat with very spotty satellite internet coverage, connection problems and extremely limited bandwidth due to everyone trying to get online when there is signal, that's not an option. That's not the issue, however - the issue is inability to book CM award flights on the UAL website without having to waste times investigating flight timings, making calls and then finding there's no availability and starting all over again. Any updates on that topic would sure be appreciated as I'm trying to make some bookings again but see the page still isn't working... better get this sent before I lose signal again!
