I think what he was getting at: AUH is a shell compared to a major cultural city. You can import all the art you want and the city is still nearly devoid of character and culture.

I'm not saying that opinion is right, but I know what he/she means.

RTW1 wouldn't be the only person saying AUH isn't their favorite place in the world.
