Hi all!

So here's a new one for me...my niece is headed back to SAN and I'm headed to LHR. Checked in at the SP area with no problem. Go to the SP security queue and am told because we are on different PNRs we would have to use the regular queue. Red Coat "made an exception" but said it's a published policy!? Thoughts?

It was just new to me. I know my GM sister a I have been able to do so in the past without issue.
