Yep!

Boeing has agreed to redesign the plane’s rudder system, and FAA will require its installation on all new and in-service U.S.-registered 737s. FAA hopes to have the new system certified by 2003, and Boeing would begin putting it on new 737s then. In-service retrofits would begin soon after, the manufacturer said.
