For an upcoming trip to India, I am booked on Air India. I recently checked their web site and saw they offer a limo service. There is no online booking unlike on EK and the call center folks didn't do much either other than taking down my contact information. They said somebody will contact me again before the day of travel but I am not holding my breath.

Any recent experiences of FT members about this service? I am a lot more familiar with EK's version of it; the fare difference was too large to ignore and so am on AI this time.
