Many CEOs/Heads of companies have staff filter through and find comments and emails that are worthy of review. I've emailed Smisek and gotten many responses. Some where not very productive but I got responses rather quickly.

Tim Cook, Apple's CEO is known for reading emails and responding to them (or having his minions do so). I was having a problem with my Mac Boo Pro and sent off a drunken angry email one night and got a response for him/his office telling me that someone from his team would be contacting me and they certainty did. Not some down the chain resolution team but one of his executive assistants (from her voicemail message) took care of the entire issue and made me very happy.
